If an item is  not in stock or back ordered, will my credit card be charged?

The products shown are in stock and available. When an item is no longer available, it will be removed from the web site as soon as possible. If your order includes one or more items no longer available, your credit card will not be charged for these, and you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

How soon will my order ship once the purchase is made? 

We ship 95% of all orders received by 12:00 pm EST the same day.  Certain items can't be shipped by air service and these are identified on the product pages as "Can't Ship Air".  These items are shipped via ground only either USPS or FedEX Ground.  Items weighing more than 70 lbs.  can only be shipped via FedEx Grounds.  Products shipping to AK, HI or any of the US Territories can only be shipped via Air. 

How much will it cost me to have an item shipped?   

Regular items items can be shipped by USPS, FedEX , or other ground carriers.  You will be able to view  shipping options when making your purchase.   If free shipping is not available on items shipped directly from the manufacturer, costs will be calculated  in the final price.  Any order placed that will be shipped by the manufacturer will be stored in our system until shipping charges have been verified. You will be contacted via e-mail or phone the same day of the order or within 24 hours from the date of the order. You will be notified of these costs before your order is processed. Your credit card will not be charged until you have verified and accepted the charges.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship outside of the United States but may do so at a future date.

What is your return Policy?

Our goal at doghouseplus.com is to provide a high quality product through superior workmanship. We offer a 30 day return policy for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If a product needs returned due to a defect or other reasons, simply contact us by e-mail and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you simply follow the included instructions and return the product. When we receive the item we will  replace it  immediately and ship it back or if you prefer provide a refund less shipping and handling charges. All non warranty returns will include a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

All orders placed with a credit card will process pending credit approval and verification of your official billing address with your credit card company.
